We offer free shipping on all orders to customers in Singapore. However, we do not deliver to Delivery Restricted Areas such as Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa, and Jurong Island. For shipping address outside of Singapore, please email to product@weconex.com.sg and we will advise you on the respective shipping fees and shipping time.
For delivery within Singapore, your order will be delivered you within 8 working days by our third-party logistics.
For countries outside of Singapore, please email us at product@weconex.com.sg with your order number and we will advise you on the shipping time.
Customer will receive an automated order confirmation once payment has been received, and an automated email notification once the order has been shipped out. Please check your email’s spam or junk folders.
You can check the status of your order by clicking “Orders” under “My Account”.
If you do not have an account or did not receive any email, please email us at product@weconex.com.sg and provide us your order number.
Our third-party logistics will make up to 3 free delivery attempts. Should you be uncontactable by mobile phone or email after 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Additional charges will apply for the subsequent re-delivery attempt(s).
We take great care in packing your shipment so that it will reach you safely. In the unlikely event you did not receive your order even though the delivery status is indicated as “Delivered”, please email us at product@weconex.com.sg within 1 business day and provide us your order number.
We will investigate and get back to you within 7 business days.

- Clear photo(s) of the interior and exterior of the shipping box
- Airway Bill (AWB)
- Your order number

Products must be in the original packaging condition. Shipping fees of retuned parcels shall be borne by the customers and are non-refundable.
